The Dalai Lama has arrived here for a visit, so we here at Mango Pudding Blues have been seeing a lot of him. In the paper. In posters in shop windows. On book covers in end-cap displays in our favorite bookshops. And we actually don’t know what we think of the Dalai Lama at all, but we have noticed that he bears a jarring resemblance to Hunter S. Thompson.
